Cisco’s Advanced CX Specialization is an exclusive Cisco program recognizing the skills and expertise that partners demonstrate in customer success, and Sirius is one of just 26 solution providers in the United States to achieve this specialization.

To be certified in Cisco’s Advanced CX Specialization program, partners must be validated for customer success requirements in staffing, methodology and technologies. The process includes advanced training and certifications, customer references, validation of assets and resources, and more. This recertification means that Sirius remains qualified to support client solutions across the full life cycle of Cisco solutions and services.
